Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qassimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, Chairman of the Judicial Council, HE Hassan Mhaimed Al Habsi, Attorney General of Ras Al Khaimah, inaugurated the first Public Prosecution Department Forum, entitled " Innovation, Happiness and Justice" which was held in the conference hall of Hilton Hotel.
The opening ceremony was attended by HE Ahmed Mohammed Al Khattari, Head of the Ras Al Khaimah Courts Department, members of the Judiciary Council, Court Presidents, Members of the Judiciary and HE Ali Humaid Bin Khatim, Advocate General and Head of the Dubai Naturalization and Residency Prosecution and a number of Local Government Departments of the emirate and the employees of the local Government.
And a number of worksheets were discussed in the forum and Dr. Jamal Al-Sumaiti presented a worksheet entitled "The Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Judicial Field", in which he discussed the UAE government's tendency to employ artificial intelligence technology in the governmental field and its applicability in the judicial field. And then Dr. Salem Al-Salem - Human Resources Consultant – presented Worksheet entitled "Government Innovation" in which the attendees learned about the state's efforts in employing innovation in government practices and their definition of standard comparisons between the UAE and a number of countries in the world.
And then it was followed with the launch of a number of new smart projects launched by the Department. And included the announcement of new app launched by Public Prosecutions Department and considered as a step towards the smart transformation adopted by the local Government in the Emirate under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah (May Allah protect him). The application offers a number of smart services to the general public.
The self-service device is also launched, the first of its kind in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, which allows the customer to experience the application of the service through the device by submitting the required documents and paying the required financial fees for the required service. The device will be available at the self service center in the Department and in vital locations in the emirate.
The forum continued with a worksheet presented by the Emirati consultant Khulood Al-Tanaiji entitled "Journey to Career Happiness", in which she defined the nature of career happiness and the importance of employing the techniques in the Governmental field in the country.
Mr. Saud Al-Mutawa, member of the Public Prosecution, presented a worksheet entitled "Experiment of Public Prosecution Department in the Development of the Execution Prosecution", in which he highlighted the experiment of the Public Prosecution Department which is the first in the State by development of Execution Prosecution and its work regulations.
HE Chancellor / Hassan Mhaimed Al Habsi, Attorney General of Ras Al Khaimah, said that the forum is part of the efforts of the Department in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qassimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, President of the Judicial Council - the need to apply the best practices on innovation and career happiness in the judicial field in the Emirate in line with the directions of the State and the Department's vision of artificial intelligence and ways to apply it in the judicial work in the Emirate to benefit from it in providing excellence services that meets the aspirations of customers.
