The Public Prosecutions Department of Ras Al Khaimah signed a cooperation and partnership agreement with the Municipality Department to activate the community service measures. The signing ceremony was held in the Public Prosecutions Department between HE Hassan Mhaimed Al Habsi, Attorney General of Ras Al Khaimah, and HE Munzer Mohammed Bin Shaker, Director General of the Municipality Department.
HE Hassan Mhaimed Al Habsi, Attorney General of Ras Al Khaimah says, that the agreement comes within a series of agreements that the Public Prosecution Department intends to make with many departments and local and federal entities and associations of public benefit in order to develop the executive framework for the provisions issued for the community service measures in implementation of the decision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Chairman of the Judicial Council, may Allah protect him, regarding the entities in which community services will be implemented in the Emirate. The Municipality Department is considered one of the important departments and bodies specified by the decision to play its important role in the implementation of community service measures.
Also added that among the priorities Public Prosecution is to take all the necessary procedures to implement the directives of the Country leadership, and is keen to deal effectively with the entities entrusted with the implementation of community service work according to the nature of the work of each entity.
