Based onthe strategic framework of the Government of Ras Al Khaimah for 2015 - 2017 which was launched by H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah - may God protect him - and based on the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah Chairman of the Judicial Council regarding the development of judiciary services to keep pace with its counterpart federal services, we are pleased to launch the department's website which contains judicial e-services aimed to save the time and effort of dealers and to facilitate the procedures and provide data for all parties of lawsuits in order to achieve quality in the provided services and the satisfaction of service recipients. The services will be updated and expanded in future through the work of a team that always seeks what is best and the Public Prosecution Department's adaptation of the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Saud Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and Chairman of the Judicial Council as an approach guided by his wise saying: (UAE achieves one accomplishment after another in a continuous march towards its high goals, knowing no limits and overcoming all obstacles).
